One product.

  • One 15–30 second advert in one 1080p format
  • Two consolidated revision rounds within the approved direction

Working together

Clear stages.
Visible decisions.

01

A brief with a clear job.

We agree the product, audience, message and channel. You provide your logo, accurate product references, approved claims and the material you have permission to use.

You approve: a written brief, deliverables, timing, usage and fee.

02

A direction you can see.

We develop one concept and a plan for up to three shots. You review the visual direction before the main production work begins.

You approve: the concept, visual references and planned sequence.

03

Feedback with a purpose.

You review a draft and gather feedback into one clear response. Two consolidated revision rounds refine the work within the approved direction.

You receive: a draft, a clear feedback stage and the agreed refinements.

04

A considered handover.

After approval and the agreed final payment, we deliver the finished 15–30 second advert in one agreed 1080p format, with the usage information and licence details set out in your proposal.

You receive: the final MP4, an export summary and the agreed usage information.

At the end of the project

Work you can
put to use.

The handover identifies the approved final files, their format and where they are intended to be used. Source files, external licences and any ongoing support are specified in the proposal.

  • A clearly named final-file folder
  • An export summary: format, length and intended channel
  • Usage and third-party licence information agreed for the project
  • Any next steps or optional adaptations listed separately

Different services use different deliverables. Brand identities, websites and larger campaigns receive their own written scope and handover plan.
