When you enquire, we may receive your name, contact details, organisation, answers to the optional guided brand quiz, intended project, budget range, timing, requested booking details, colour palette, Pinterest board links and any moodboard images or other information you deliberately submit. The browser keeps an unsent draft in its own session storage, which is cleared after successful guided submission. Our providers may also collect routine technical and security information.
To respond to enquiries, prepare proposals, plan and deliver agreed services, protect our website and meet legal/accounting obligations. Depending on the context, our lawful bases may include steps before entering a contract, contract performance, legitimate business interests and compliance with legal duties. We seek the appropriate consent for optional marketing where required.
We use Wix to host the website, forms and booking calendar, and Cloudflare Workers and D1 to receive and store guided Creative Lab enquiries in a studio-only queue. Submitted briefs and moodboards are available only within the protected private studio. Pinterest and Canva content may be loaded or opened when you explicitly use those tools; the services have their own privacy practices. We may use vetted project suppliers where necessary. International transfers, where applicable, should be safeguarded by appropriate legal mechanisms.
We retain personal information only for as long as needed for the relevant business purpose or required records, then delete or anonymise it where appropriate. UK data protection rights can include access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and complaints to the Information Commissioner’s Office. Email us to make a request, and see ico.org.uk for independent guidance.
Submitting a project enquiry does not automatically subscribe you to promotional emails. Optional marketing must be clearly identified, and any promotional emails should have a straightforward way to opt out.
